Janette Hayhoe’s oil paintings explore the subtle poetry of everyday life, transforming familiar objects and spaces through nuanced light and observation. Working primarily from life, her compositions invite contemplation on domesticity and memory. With an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts and studies at Ecole Albert Dufois, her practice reflects a disciplined engagement with contemporary realism. Hayhoe lives and works in Guelph, Canada.
