Koyman Galleries represents more than 175 Canadian artists across painting, photography, mixed media, digital works, and works on paper. As Canada’s largest privately owned art gallery, we remain committed to presenting work that reflects excellence in craft, vision, and artistic impact.
We welcome submissions from established artists and emerging talents whose practice demonstrates originality and dedication. Representation with Koyman Galleries is a selective process, and we carefully review all submissions to identify artists whose work aligns with the standards and reputation of our gallery.

Partnership with Koyman Galleries
Representation with Koyman Galleries is both selective and collaborative. Each year, we dedicate significant resources to promoting Featured Artists through professional video and photography, studio tours, interviews, exhibitions, and curated campaigns.
The depth of our partnerships allows us to meaningfully position artists within the gallery and as part of the wider art conversation at both a national and international scale. Artists who work closely with us are best placed to benefit from these initiatives, ensuring our resources create the strongest impact.
Submission Guidelines
Koyman Galleries accepts submissions by email only. Please note that we cannot accommodate in-person portfolio reviews or unscheduled appointments. Artists may submit their work in one of two ways:
Option 1 - Website Submission
Email submissions@koymangalleries.com with a brief letter of introduction and a link to your website. Your website must include your biography, artist statement, and a comprehensive portfolio of current work.
Option 2 — Direct Submission
Email submissions@koymangalleries.com with:
A letter of introduction, an artist biography and statement, a minimum of 10 recent digital images (JPEG format, created within the last 6 months), a list of titles, mediums, sizes, and selling prices for each work submitted.
Important Notes:
Due to the volume of submissions, we respond only when an artist’s work aligns with our current curatorial direction. All submissions are reviewed carefully by our team.
Ensure all materials are complete at the time of submission.
Mediums we consider include: painting, photography, mixed media, digital art, printmaking, and related fine art forms.
We kindly request that you do not call the gallery regarding the status of your submission.
