Saint Sebastien

Armand Tatossian (1948–2012, Alexandria, Egypt) was an internationally recognized painter whose Armenian heritage and early training shaped a career devoted to landscape and still life. After studies in Paris and Carrara, and mentorship under Adam Sheriff-Scott, he developed a vigorous figurative–impressionist style distinguished by vibrant colour and bold brushwork. In 1973 he became the youngest artist elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, exhibiting widely in North America, Europe, and Asia.
