More information

“Neon Summer” is a 48 x 48 in. acrylic on canvas, presented as an unframed canvas, with a gallery-wrapped edge. An abstract painting from Meredith Bingham.

Meredith Bingham is a Canadian painter trained at the University of Western Ontario (Honours BFA). Her practice centres on the circle as a recurring formal device, drawing the viewer into layered fields built through labour-intensive processes. Beneath swift, gestural finales, her surfaces reveal stratified grounds reminiscent of archaeological excavation, where each mark responds to accumulated history.
