Maryann Hendriks is a Canadian painter known for her signature abstracted still lifes, characterized by dynamic textures, assured mark-making, and vibrant colour. Using layered acrylics, washes, and varied brushwork, she translates familiar subjects into richly complex compositions. Based in Cambridge, Ontario, Hendriks trained at Fanshawe College and Bealart. She is an associate of the Federation of Canadian Artists and an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists.
