Eva N. Mosonyi (b. 1935, Hungary) trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest before immigrating to Canada in 1956, continuing her studies in Montreal. Recognized early for her talent as an illustrator, she established herself in the 1960s with paintings that capture scenes of everyday life.
