Born in 1951 in Rosemount, Quebec, Odette Lanthier developed a passion for visual arts early, influenced by her parents’ commercial decorating background. Settling in St. Bruno de Montarville in 1976, she honed her technique through formal training and founded the Association des Artistes Peintres de la Rive-Sud in 1980. Known for her naïve style, Lanthier explores light and shadow through bold color contrasts, emphasizing luminosity across varied canvas formats. She is represented by Koyman Galleries.
