Born in North Vancouver in 1971, Robert E. Wood represents three generations of professional painters. Trained by his father, Karl E. Wood, and mentored by Harold Lyon, he has painted full-time since 1989. Best known for luminous Canadian landscapes, his oil paintings reflect deep knowledge of light and form, shaped by plein-air study and extensive travel.
