Franklin Arbuckle

George Franklin Arbuckle (1909–2001) was a master of Canadian landscape and cityscape, blending bold composition with historical depth. Trained at the Ontario College of Art under leading Canadian painters, he became an RCA member in 1943 and taught for decades at OCA. His paintings, murals, and illustrations—commissioned by major institutions—are held in prominent private, corporate, and public collections across Canada.
