Debra Krakow is a Wolfe Island, Ontario artist and architect whose watercolours, acrylics and mixed-media paintings capture the light-infused landscape of the Thousand Islands and the less knowable, multi-layered landscape of the mind.
Krakow works primarily in acrylics but is also drawn to mixed media, sometimes incorporating textiles, other fibres and drawing media into her work.
Debra has exhibited in her native city of Montreal, as well as in Ontario, Nova Scotia and New York State. Her works are held in public and private collections throughout North America, and are displayed at Koyman Galleries in Ottawa, Ontario.
Debra is affiliated with: Kingston Arts Council, Ontario Association of Architects,
St. Lawrence Valley Society of Architects, and the Foundation for Architectural Research.
